upside down world

Since my 7 year old was diagnosed with a very rare cancer I ask my self why?
Why would a 7 year old be struck with such an illness?
Is there any fairness in this twisted world?
Is there a God and why did this happen to my boy?

I take a look at my meagre existence and realise that this precious gift of life is more valuable than any thing on this planet.
I have started to take life less serious and enjoy the small moments.
I have realised that there are no guarantees in this life, well at least none that we want....
Today is the day to hug the one you love and forgive the ones you don’t.
Today is the day to go for that walk with the family.
Today is the day to enjoy to smile and make some one else smile.
Today is the day to help someone else who can’t help them selves.

Yes there is a God, he wants us to enjoy every precious moment on this planet that he created for us.
The world is twisted because we have forgotten about today and live for tomorrow, the maybe.
